Always higher refunds than competitor software.

I love the ease of use of Turbo Tax and the support provided if needed. I have purchased competitive software but always find my way back to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very easy to enter information.
What's not so great: It's Deductble could be improved. Prices that should be higher are too low and some higher prices lower.

2013 Federal Return

I have been using TurboTax since at least 2009. I have found it generally easy to follow. It saves a lot of time and money as opposed to working with an accountant.
What's great about it: Easy to use even though there were some complicated issues
What's not so great: Hard to find exact form/sheet when going back to edit or correct
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I had to wait and file my taxes late this year. I knew I'd owe nothing for the year. I was very happy to see I had only to download last seasons program from Turbo Tax and file. I did think it would be more difficult.

Turbo Tax -- An Old Friend

Been using TT for many years, and it keeps getting better and better overall.
What's great about it: Flag stopping places so that I don't have to go through the whole thing.
What's not so great: Some of the Review screens are confusing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

2013 Income Tax Returns

This is the second year we've used turbo tax to prepare our tax returns. Turbo tax much more convenient and money saving than hiring a tax attorney and/or agency to prep and file for us. I finally figured out that for returns such as ours, they are using yours and other similar tax prep software then charging up to four times what it cost to do it ourselves.

What's great about it: Fast, easy to understand, detailed explanations
What's not so great: Unable to print individually selected document pages
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

turbotax is a well developed product. Even if your tax situation is somewhat complex, TurboTax will guide you through the steps to file your return saving the expense and time of a professional tax service.
What's great about it: 1. Ease in entering K-1 data. 2. Easy to review forms online.
What's not so great: 1. Final disposition of a k-1 was a *figure it out* event.

Will only print part of return. Last part prints in XL lined format
What's great about it: review not defilnitive
What's not so great: Worst Turbo I have had in 20 years
