needs improvement

Need to add helpful right-click information to track from forms to worksheet entries and visa-versa.
What's great about it: reviews and access to forms
What's not so great: Not sure all items and forms I need are there. not easy to enter information on forms and view worksheet inputs.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Gave me a huge feeling of confidence knowing that my forms were all checked/verified....then to get Audit protection was the icing on the cake!
What's great about it: Detailed leading through the forms.

Not like pulling teeth

I hate having to do this every year but you have made it much better than it used to be and I have been with intuit for a long time,best guess is about 20 years. YOIU HAVE IMROVED EVERY YEAR and almost made it painless
What's great about it: quick and to the point painless
What's not so great: having to file and then procrastinating to long

Very patient software!

TurboTax is my buddy and partner through the tax filingporcess. It is very patient -- never loses its place or the data that has been inpu. You can add many multiple worksheets when needed and the software handles it flawlessly. The ease of connectivity to the various IRS sites is helpful becasue I don'thave to switch out of TurboTax. My favorite part -- watching my refund increase as I enter the data.
What's great about it: Had many supporting worksheets and I could just keep adding worksheets and data without any problem.
What's not so great: Would like more detailed comparison to previous year.

I have been trying to email my taxes since April 14, 2014 It keeps getting rejected due to PIN and then not accepting the AGI. There is a major flaw in this version of Turbo Tax. I've been using this program for years and have never encountered this problem. I am extremely upset. Will probably have to send hard copy, and will be out of the cost of the program.

Extension Filing Experience

I didn't know there was an option to file for an extension until I was completing my return in September. Perhaps state it on cover, or at least move it to the front of the program. Turbo Tax did not know it was September and kept saying updates would be available in Feb. Since I was mailing a state extension, I hope the address was correct. Not sure or not if I signed up for Mint at the end.
What's great about it: Still simple to use!
What's not so great: Disappointed I was expected to pay extra for state filing.
