Have been using turbo tax for many many years and the 2013 took much longer to finish.

Even I Can Do It!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 120 years and it has been getting better every year. Easy to understand help topics and very intuitive. For 2008 taxes I went to one of the big tax preparation companies and after paying the very high preparation fee, I would have made more with Turbo Tax. Looking forward to another good tax year for 2014!
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Need to provide easier understanding of all deduction topics

Got Through Another Year

Still not "International" enough -- although I'm a foreign resident filing Form 2555, there are still areas where TT doesn't seem to deal with it, e.g., insisting on taking you through the States Sales Tax calculation, although you don't live in ANY state! I wound up manually putting in "NA" for State and 0 for tax rate and taxes, in the Forms area. Also, at Audit Defense purchase ... can't deal with a foreign address.
Trying to figure out where some figures come from is almost impossible, at times. Need a Hyperlink to take you right from the figure in the Forms section right to the exact page it comes from in the Interview section.

What's not so great: Still not "International" enough; Origin of some figures impossible to ascertain.

I have used turbo tax quite a number of times and always found it to be the best tax software on the market.
What's great about it: Showed me how its done.
What's not so great: I do not like having to go through the state return.
