Easy Peasy!

I would highly recommend Turbo Tax to anyone. It saves a lot of money in preparation fees!
What's great about it: What I liked is Turbo Tax helped you, step by step and then if there were any problems, they pointed them out. Great!
What's not so great: Trying to get you to buy extra software, representation, etc

Glitches and more glitches with the system. Some customer support knew more than others about all their problems, but were still very lacking. It would have been difficult to make this any more of a nightmare than it already was. Simply put I will never use Turbo Tax again for the rest of my life. Thanks for all the trouble.

What's great about it: nice staff
What's not so great: I was given a free trial for their mistakes, I ended up paying more than an accountant would've charged

Will purchase again next year for both personal tax and business tax.
What's great about it: Your aids in each category - very helpful
What's not so great: Transfer of all items from prior year. No comparasons given in incomes and deductions from prior year.

TurboTax doubles the amount of depletion in the prior year comparatives for Schedule E.
Alternative Minimum Tax questions are likely incomprehensible to most users.
TurboTax guidance for 1099-Misc is very hard to understand,

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and would not use any other product.

What's not so great: Hard to Follow For Complicated Tax Situations

This is a great tool for taking a difficult task and making it manageable. Turbo Tax is very easy to use and gets it correct without arithmetic errors.
What's great about it: Very deliberate progression through the tax forms
What's not so great: sometimes you wonder - what about so and so. Then you keep working and that subject pops up.
