difficult to correct errors

was not please with product or quality of help desk when trying to request help.
Also per IRS the statement that I cannot claim a child who made more than 3,900 dollars is incorrect.

I tried to pull info on my 2012 return but after much poking and clicking around found out because I did not web file my tax return was not saved on your system.

Turbotax 2013 review

I found the 2013 Turbo-tax did not handle estimated tax payments for the Federal or State portions well. I had to do a lot of digging to get to the proper form. In prior years there was a walk through for estimated taxes. I also found that it did not give you the option to correct your last years refund application to this years tax form. The assumption is made that last years Turbo-tax entry was the one used. I use Turbo-tax to get the information together to send to my accountant. The accountant then makes any corrections based on his evaluation of my business K-1. Because of this, the numbers change and are not necessarily the ones that Turbo-tax imports from my prior years return.

i made a mistake on my checking account, i added five numbers after the good numbers, i thank those five numbers kept me from getting my refund.

Easy! Easy!

I was married to an accountant and came to dread tax time! I became sincerely phobic. For years after becoming single again, I hired people to do my taxes for me. Then I started hearing about Turbo Tax. It took me awhile to muster up the courage, but I am so happy that I took the chance! This was my third year using this program. I am not a "numbers" person, but this program is really simple and hopefully foolproof! I do recommend to my friends who have fairly simple returns. I intend to continue using it!

been using 20 + years and it gets more demanding every new year - i mean its a grind - don't give any charity some physical expensive object and expect any form guidance or assistance from TTax

Makes doing taxes (relatively) - pain free. A very intuitive and user friendly piece of software. May put tax preparers out of business in a few years.
