Totally tanked

I've used Turbo Tax in the past with no problems but this year I have nothing but problems. And don't know how to contact anyone to help. My eFile is rejected and I know my info is correct but can't figure out how to get it done. Also, the totals don't seem to make sense and I can't get an accurate review. Probably my last year using Turbo Tax unless someone contacts me and helps me fix it SOON.
What's great about it: Easily walked thru all steps
What's not so great: CAn't eFile and can't get help. Also numbers don't ad up right.

Best on the market, but...

Overall a great help in satisfying difficult IRS regulations.
What's great about it: More comprehensive than 2012; keeps getting better
What's not so great: Tough to do Foreign Tax credit; would like to access individual Sched D items

E-file failed twice, irs has not accepted return

IRS refund check since 9 Aug 2014 filing, 16 Aug refund checks and daily checks thereafter get a "wait 24 hrs after filing to get status. Resubmitted E-file 23 Aug and irs checks since with same results. App will not E-file, return not received by irs. Need help.
What's great about it: return completion great
What's not so great: App will not complete E-filing

Great Product!

Easily guides you through the tax preparation process. What used to take me hours/days to do by hand can now be done in just a couple of hours. I love this product and have done my taxes using Turbo Tax for years!
What's great about it: Easy to use, never had any issues or bugs

Excellent product. Explanation of changes in the law are well done
What's great about it: I am a retired CPA and like the ability to go to the Forms and make changes.
What's not so great: Without using the Forms option the change process is difficult

Peace of Mind

The program works great for those of us who are not totally computer literate. Saves you from making mistakes if you are a good record keeper.
What's great about it: Keeps you from making mistakes, year to year info carry over priceless
What's not so great: Fractional capital gains are difficult
