Super great, easy to follow

Turbo tax was much easier to follow and complete than I had judge it to be. I will use it next year.

Can't live without it so give me 2014 with enhancements.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: change acess to forms each year or present new menu path to get to end result for each schedule and form

Extension relapse

In year's past, could file extension electronically. This year could not. Had to mail it in. A BIG pain.

Good to use year after year

I have used TurboTax for a number of years, but it almost always has features that I don't like. There are good things to be said about the step-by-step method, but sometimes one wants to navigate to certain forms by oneself and this is not easy.
What's great about it: Imports data from the previous year
What's not so great: Hard to navigate to just what you want

Could not load 2013 onto a computer used for TT

I was not able to load 2013 on a computer previously used for TT for last 6-8 years. TT was not able to help. Had to use my laptop thus enter all information as if I was first time user. Pain in the butt.
What's great about it: Good program Easy To Use
What's not so great: Could not load onto computer used for last 8 filings

When being guided, worksheets may not populate completed requiring redundant, confusing and laborious entries resulting in errors..
