I have been a Turbo Tax user for over 15 years and will continue to be a user in the future. The process is simple to follow and to use. Thanks for a great product!
What's great about it: Very easy to use, the review and correction section is very helpful.

Always Easy and Dependable

We have been using Turbo Tax for over 12 years now. Even found that some of the tax experts use it also. It's easy to follow, easy to find mistakes that could hold up your refund, even easy to file extensions.
If the IRS trusts Turbo Tax, then why not use it.
My bank even has a direct link to use Turbo Tax for standard filing FREE through it's website.
I love it.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, and concise.
What's not so great: Sometimes a little confusing on entries requested and where they go.

Ever since I lived part year in Massachusetts and part year in New York City, I've dreaded doing taxes. The experience scarred me for life, and ever since I paid for a provider, but decided to use TurboTax this year (so I could stop annoying my paid provider with how late I turn in my paperwork). I'll never go back!
What's great about it: Comprehensive, yet easy enough for a tax idiot like me
What's not so great: A bit confusing about late payments
