Easy as falling down

Have used Turbo Tax for more than 5 years and would not do taxes any other way. Intuitive step by step guide and massive amounts of help available when you need it.
What's great about it: no complex terms and easy to follow guides
What's not so great: printing return is a little confusing

TurboTax for 2013

Overall, I'm pleased and will most likely stay with TurboTax for years to come.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to walk though each phase
What's not so great: Some thing get a bit technical and could be expressed better in simple layman's terms.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

I would recommend this software to anyone tired of being ripped off by those places wanting to charge you a % of your refund to do the same thing you can do for yourself at home.
What's great about it: Easy to use, and walks you through, "step by step"
What's not so great: Had trouble taking home office deduction this year. Cost for audit protection is pricey if you don't use a credit card.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

confusing e file process. kept returning to forms to make corrections while e filing in spite of having been told earlier that all forms were ok.
What's great about it: thorough
What's not so great: 1didn't handle change of mortgage loan servicer (with the same loan) ie two 1098 for the same loan

Excellent except for one item: cannot look up interest/etc. from banks not listed (just a few), and no credit unions listed.

What's not so great: Lookups for small banks
