TERRIFIC program

The program is so simple, easy to use that I find it hard to understand why people spend the time and $$ going to 'another professional tax preparer'. They have their info right in their hands. Let TurboTax put it on paper.
What's great about it: The telephone help is SOO knowledgable and brings it down to my low knowledge.
What's not so great: Add the ability to print, copy, the area I'm working on... ie. what's transferred in, or list of K1's,.

Telephone assistance was great as all tax questions were answered fully and easy to understand.
What's great about it: Live telephone help available
What's not so great: State softwear harder to use due to lack of summary pages as available on Federal softwear

Issues with depreciation

I have assets on my own schedule. taking the ability to override from the form 4562 is not good. had to go to the IRS website and fill in the 4562. Pain in the butt! Will be looking another program next year

It was easier than I thought. Filing was a little complicated but we figured it out.

What's not so great: Price could be a few dollars Cheaper
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

i have learned over the years that it is easy to be double-taxed on the clergy housing allowance if you enter in both places where you are asked during the interview. it should only be entered along with the SE income, not the income tax interview even though it appears on the W-2.
What's great about it: avoided math errors
What's not so great: turbotax still not ideal for entering clergy housing allowance

Sometimes I get lost and get upset that it makes me go through questions again in modules instead of having a pop-up with screen locations to go back to instead back button incessantly or jump to module beginnings.
The summary areas can be useful at times though. I do not believe it holds my cost over the year's well when I purchased and I must go to files to remember when, how much, etc. on past purchases.
I hate that a nickname has to be used and I cannot use my own. Make a persitant number in the packground and release us from this craziness!
