Clear the Tax Horizon

What's great about it: Expose clearly deductions explanations and provide the reasons for non applicable deductions
What's not so great: A technical issue need to expand on 1116 and income demarcation betwen foreign income and US income

Overall, I liked this product alot. I was able to fill out the information on my forms and it spit out the results very nicely. Sometimes, though, I was not sure what to fill out and I could have used a bit more guidance. For example, when filling out business expenses, I was not 100% sure what could be included and what couldn't. I needed help, but when I clicked for help, it just sent me to a website filled with people's questions.
What's great about it: does all the calculations for you
What's not so great: could use easier access to help

Like I said I think overall its an excellent Tax software program which I use every year and have been for the last 20 years or so. I highly recommend it out all the time to friends and colleagues. Thanks for a great product.
What's great about it: The quick filing system and timiness of my returnrs
What's not so great: Sometimes I had to go back to see why an item didn't show up. But it my be because of user error

Loved the ability to pull in W-2s, 1099's, and other tax documents from 3rd parties. Some step-by-step areas do not ask all the needed questions.
What's great about it: Loved the feature that pulls in W-2 and other tax docs from 3rd parties
What's not so great: Some unclear areas

Made a miserable task manageable!

I did have several tax-related questions and had to contact customer service (3 times today). Each time, they were very pleasant and patient. They went above and beyond helpful each time, and I have talked with 3 different people!
