Good....getting tougher to understand

Good, I've used TurboTax for yrs but wording is getting more confusing. and had an audit.
What's great about it: easy to use but getting tougher

Gotta love Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax ! I've used it for my entire work and tax paying life.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Wish it was free! lol

This is the first year where I have just sate down and completed the return in one sitting. I like the fact that i was able to import the information from last year. I will be using TurboTax from this point forward.
What's great about it: The fact that I was able to complete this in a matter of less than six hours.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been pleased with Turbo tax for the past four years; however, this year we filed electronically on April 14, 2014 and still to this date (June 12, 2014, we have NOT received our refund.

I realize why it's so somcplicated: you want one program that covers all contingencies.l Consider using last year's return to customize the next year's return for each the step by step approach can be simplified.
What's great about it: Help desk was excellent patient, and efficient
What's not so great: The program itself is excessively complicated and long
