Excellent experience

It was like tax preparer was holding my hand!
What's great about it: Easy, straight-forward
What's not so great: nothing

E-file Inoperable

The product was awesome and easy for me to input information. The only problem was e-filing my tax return. That part never happen.
What's great about it: Everything went well
What's not so great: Until I tried to e-file my tax return. It never sent it and I had to mail instead.

Always Reliable

I have used TT for over 10 years, and have always relied on it. With a little research in the community or just clicking on the Learn More buttons, I can usually figure out my personal question. Have recommended it to others that feel they could handle tax preparation.
What's great about it: Helps with all my tax questions.
What's not so great: Step by step process sometimes can be confusing if you have to return to past sections.

This process was very easy to get through. I had little difficulty in completing the return in two days after I had all my data together. Once everything was in hand, the input process was very easy to follow and easy to understand what needed to be completed. I have used TurboTax for many years and find it to be the best process yet. Other tax return software has not measured up. I certainly recommend TurboTax to any user.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate, Easy to follow and easy to understand
What's not so great: Does not always ask all the questions necessary to complete the return. Sometimes seems to be too general

I love turbo tax and how simple it is but the extension letter should be easier to do and finding the address to mail it to should be easier.

Best piece of financial software

I have been a loyal user of TurboTax for over a decade. Even as my tax status has changed and grown in complexity, this program continues to keep me current and able to file my own taxes. This is a superb product, that as much as possible, makes filing taxes a tolerable exercise.
What's great about it: Usability
What's not so great: Paying taxes!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

So Easy!

I love turbo tax and have been using this product for 6 years now! The questions are well written. If you do not understand a question or need more information, they set up an EasyGuide or Help link which almost always answers my questions.
I used to hire an accountant and now I am able to do my own taxes through Turbo Tax. My tax situation is complicated because I have rental properties and turbo tax makes it possible for me not to have to hire a professional. I have saved 100's of dollars over the years!
