The BEST over ALL the rest!

Filing for an extension was scary but with tax turbo I was able to get it done easy and quickly. It was so smooth of a process that I kept feeling like this can't be right. But I got the approval from the IRS just a tax turbo promised with no pain or stress..... thanks to this incredible software. Keep up the good work! It really works!

Peace of Mind

I filed my taxes and for my son who lives abroad, and found Turbotax to be very comprehensive and easy to use. It minimized my tax liability and maximized the refund for my son.

I am very frustrated with using Turbo

There should be a workable situation to help a taxpayer file e-file and avoid the glitch of dependent's birthday. Mom's birthday is 1930 and is rejected for not being prior to date of filing with is obviously in error but cannot be corrected so that I can use e-file for filing.
What's not so great: Unable to use e-file because the glitch in Turbo and IRS computers regarding Mother's birhday.

eFILING

Once I found Intuit charges 2.5% I did not confirm payment and selected by bank transfer. Now I am having problem. I do not know whether it is intentional, big corporations are not the same as they used to be. Although, program is stating :"Congratulations, IRS has accepted your return", however, it is 3 days I did not receive any confirmation email from IRS. DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW.
What's great about it: It is very user friendly.
What's not so great: I had problem with efiling
