Got it Done!

This year, as with years past, I am happy with using TurboTax. I really like being able to submit my taxes electronically. This is probably the most convenient feature of the software. Now, if TurboTax could get the government to move faster on sending my refund, in say 7 days or less, you guys would be rock stars! :)
What's great about it: Entering the information is usually straight forward with little if any guesswork
What's not so great: Their were a few questions where the explainations did not help clarify the right numbers or information to enter.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Used Kiplingers TaxCut for years but switched to TurboTax a few years back and will most likely stay withit.
What's great about it: Many automatic entries
What's not so great: Not as intuitive as previous versions

Hate AUTOSAVE

in 2013, it autosaves. So, you can't try different combinations, and exit without saving. It has already saved your bad info, forcing you to continually save backup copies while you are working.

This year's software seemed to have too many corrections.

The software is a very mature product that performed as advertised and helped in the process of preparing my taxes.
What's great about it: Simplifies the entire process and organizes the collection of information.
What's not so great: All copies should be eligible for enclusion in the TurgoTAX website benefits such as recording past returns online.

About had a heart attack when TurboTax redirected me to enter more numbers and my refund changed to OWING twice what I expected to get back. Found the error though, whew. :)
What's great about it: easy to use
