I really like turbotax and have been using it for years. The problem is the full page of questions doesn't fit on the screen.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: not great on widescreen laptops

Turbo tax did not file my return when I thought it should have. For some reason State income tax filing and updates held this up! Florida does not state income taxes! Why doesn't it know this??? Usually I like using this program!

Turbo Tax makes the process easy. I spend more time getting my deduction and other records ready to enter than the actual completion of the tax return.
What's great about it: the ease of going through the process
What's not so great: could not get updatesf earlier when trying to finish & file return

Good, But Glitchy Save Feature

I love TurboTax for what it does. It has served my family well for several years. The only problem I have is that sometimes the program is willing to save my return and other times it gives an error message. Forums are riddled with similar stories from others who have had this same problem. It can be maddening when you've just finished an hour or two of progress and the application does not allow you to save your progress. Other than that everything about this application is excellent. I've kept coming back to it regardless of the saving issue. It does eventually let you save btw... but you can't quite put your finger on what variable is causing the application to error out on the save process.
What's great about it: Very thorough. Explanations for forms and their fields. Available for download following purchase.
What's not so great: Glitchy when saving progress.

Most of the program worked really well, but when it same to the estimated taxes portion of the state taxes it indicated I owed a $10 penalty for underpaying last year. So, I included the $10 with the amount owed for 2013. However, my state returned it to me. Very Confusing.
What's great about it: I like the program, have used it for years.
What's not so great: The section for estimated taxes is a little confusing.

I found turbo tax awesome as usual Turbo tax has been my tax program for at least 12 years and i will continue to use it the future. Please keep up the good work in finding newer ways to make filing taxes as simple and easy as possible. Thank you
What's great about it: everything
What's not so great: having to scroll back to the bottom after each section was complete
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
