Problem caused delay

I accidently got one number from my husband's social security number wrong on my 2013 return and turbotax didn't catch that his social was different from our 2012 turbotax file even though I imported it. This caused our refund to be rejected and has delayed our refund. Why do you tell us that you will use our old file to check our new one if you don't even check the socials?
What's great about it: easy and fast
What's not so great: It didn't check against the last year's file that I imported from Turbotax

Easy to Use

I was very disappointed since I paid extra money to be able to e-file my state return, but after trying half a dozen times on different dates, I gave up and went to a windows computer. I had to mail my state return.
What's great about it: Very thorough and easy to use.
What's not so great: I have a MAC computer and could never get my return to e-file.

I like how each part of the program is grouped and that you can go back at anytime to check return.

Need to Export

Consistently useful and easy to complete

User for many years. I come back because TT is organized, has great helps and it does the job. A bit complex for the novice user but TT eases this task with good step-by-step guidance.
What's great about it: Thorough, organized
What's not so great: Somewhat complex for novice users
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Sched A charitable deductions
Turbo Tax is cumbersome because you can't list/sort all of the deductions in alphabetical order. Makes it needlessly difficult checking deductions if you have many of the same ones from year to year. This is an easy software fix. Hope you fix it for next year.

I have used Turbo Tax almost as long as it has been out. The product has always worked great with new and better improvements all the time. When coming back to a 'return in progress' it does not always bring me back to the exact spot; however, those occurrences seem tied to file update events.
Turbo Tax houses a complete inventory of forms and work sheets making it easy to review and file your information. Turbo Tax is an Old Friend I will continue turning to year after year for help with my taxes.

What's great about it: Detailed Walk-thru & direct comparison of previous year info; also like the review and audit risk features
What's not so great: Should not prompt for State Income Tax for addresses in States with no Income Tax
