CAUSED ME A LOT OFF PROBLEMS

LIKED THE PROGRAM OTHER THAN THE MISTAKE IT MADE WITH FIRST TRANSMITTED TO IRS. IT TOLD ME I OWED THEM 4700 AND WHEN I WENT IN TO DO MY STATE TAX IT CHANGED MY TAX DUE TO $1084.00. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS GOING TO CAUSE A PROBLEM WITH IRS.
What's great about it: GOOD STEP BY STEP HELP
What's not so great: CHANGED TAX DUE WITH NO CHANGES AFTER I SENT TO IRS.

Prior to april 15 I filed my state return electronically, and TT said everything was ok. I received no notice that the state return was rejected. Since the charge to my checking account did not occur by May 8, I reentered TT to find out I now had errors and the filing was rejected. I have just refiled and may now have incurred penalties.
What's not so great: State return filing is very poor

Easier to use. Loaded 2013 data from last year's Turbo, but I wanted to e-file and was told FL residents could not. What gives? Had to apply for a extension instead and still no answers as of 5-3-14 Tired of waiting. Will try again next year. Also went back to my return and got this survey.
What's great about it: Easier to use than last year. Downloaded 1913 info. Great!
What's not so great: Could not e-file due to FL return. Applied for extension.

The prompt questions are sometimes very vague and I have a difficult time figuring out what to put where. Overall the process is helpful and I received a better return this year than last year. Turbo Tax makes a very lengthy and complicated process, that I know very little about, difficult but manageable.
What's great about it: I don't have to know everything
What's not so great: It still takes a long time to complete

This tool is well worth the money spent on the software, it save me hundreds of dollars in accounting fees.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Superior accuracy. Inexpensive.

Turbo Tax has been a continuing tradition every year, I'll be looking for next years version soon.
What's great about it: The process of getting questions and answers all on the tax page, being able to easily switching to other pages or forms
What's not so great: Having to wade thru all the tax laws and try to understand what exactly what its trying to do.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
