Where is my receipt for payment?

Impossible to reach It's Deductible on line, don't bother wasting time all year. Forms not available when needed and the help section is useless. This year it is more obtuse then ever.

What I wanted!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. There's no hidden fees, unlike my experience with the online H&R Block a few years ago. I am confident with its accuracy and pleased with the results. Its easy to use and for itemized deductions, it prompts me for deductions I would have forgotten to take on my own. The 2013 tax year version seemed easier than ever. No complaints!

A better product

I had to pay Federal tax, but the amount was several hundred dollars less than what the other product calculated!

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. It does everything I need it to do without a lot of excess stuff I don't need. I used to be able to go back to the working form and select a location to double check. I couldn't figure out how to do that this year and had to page back one page at a time. Give us an option to be able to see the working form so that we can redo a section if necessary without having to page-back.

TurboTax Failed Again

For the second year in a row TurboTax has failed to properly fill out my 1040 tax form when all I have to report are Social Security earnings for the past 2 years. Even the "Review" process noted that line 15 was left blank but there was no way to programmatically complete the form. I had to write it in by hand after printing out the forms. What a waste of money. I have been using TurboTax every year since 1988, except for 1997, and this is the worst version Intuit has produced.
What's not so great: Installation difficulties and failed to finish 1040 form correctly.

Refund Tracking

In the past TT would track my refund until it was processed. This year my state refund was hung for additional verification. It would have been nice if TurboTax could provide me the feedback. It was weeks later when I inquired at the state tax office that I found out it was hung up.
What's great about it: Simple to use

Complicated return

I have a very complicated return with almost 50 income sources, capital loss carryovers, passive income carryovers, sales of business property, installment sales, alternative minimum tax etc. Turbotax handled everything without a problem.
I was able to correct a CPA doing my partner's tax return concerning a sale of business property involving a short sale.
Printing to PDF is a great way to save my return and have it handy for reference.
