Return filing failure

I have used TurboTax for several years and am very disappointed that a federal return that I completed all information and thought submitted and payment submitted apparently did not submit.
What's great about it: Process seemed to work well even on 15 April
What's not so great: I went through all the steps to file and pay federal return with taxes due. It had not.

Why Everyone Should Use TurboTax

I would recommend TurboTax to everyone, plain and simple.
What's great about it: Simplicity, Clarity, humor (yes, with a tax return!), sense of being on your side, completeness
What's not so great: Process of error reporting (at the end) isn't thorough enough in explaining the errors.

I find it frustrating that it keeps asking me to file Florida income tax when I file my federal income tax.
THERE IS NO FLORIDA INCOME TAX!!!!
Change the process to know that Florida does not have a state income tax. It would seem to be pretty simple coding.
What's great about it: takes last year's data straight in
What's not so great: why does it want me to file Floirda income tax, there is no sucj thing.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I find that is easy to use for deductions. However when there are no deductions it is quite time consuming.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Faster and simpler way to determine if I should file long form or short form.
