Been using Turbo Tax for several years, both for personal taxes and business taxes. Couldn't be easier or cheaper. Never feared an audit because Turbo Tax has me covered.
What's great about it: So easy even I can do it.

What's great about it: Highly automated, pretty clear, handled my weird out-of-state LLC well
What's not so great: Intuit bribed Virginia lawmakers to cancel the Virginia e-file capability

We have used this for several years and it continues to be the easiest way to do our taxes.
What's great about it: Its pretty straight forward on what you put where and if you don't understand there are ways to find out.
What's not so great: Sometimes knowing what you need can be a bit intimidating.

The math on my Federal return did not appear correct and I was unable to correct it to allow an extra $100 return. I can't wait forever so I filed it anyway.
What's great about it: Same problem as last year with error message related to Kilowatt hours on energy credits.
What's not so great: No answers to my turbo-tax question.

I started using TurboTax 25 years ago. Each year I'm amazed how much easier it gets to complete our tax return. This year was in record time... and I'm completely confident my return is accurate. Thank you!
