Turbo Tax was very easy to use. If I had any questions there was always a help section to answer those questions. They assisted me in correcting items I had entered wrong. A pleasure to use this addition.
What's great about it: Very good explanations on all items

Easy and thorough

What's great about it: Liked comparisions to previsious year and importing information. It made it easier to complete this year's taxes.
What's not so great: Initially had to work my way into reitrement income . it would help if you could go directly to that start point.

Easier than doing it yourself

Great resource for the money, makes understanding taxes much easier than doing them yourself. I wish state e-file was included in the price.
What's great about it: Broken down into easier to understand chunks
What's not so great: Wording often seems backward

The Best Product Out There!

TurboTax has done it again! Another year of easy filings. I just have W-2s, 1098-T, and some student loan interest so there is no need for me to pay the big bucks (and consume my time!) with actual tax preparation services. Definitely recommend this product!
What's great about it: Easy!
What's not so great: Could not upload last year's information

I still rely on Turbo Tax

I'm comfortable with the product and have used it for several years. Each iteration of Turbo Tax gets easier and more logical to use. Since I'm not a tax expert I rely on the professionals who put the program each years and I have never found a problem with it.
What's great about it: Preparation flows logically and I easily moved from category to category and had no problems doing my taxes at all.
What's not so great: When I reviewed my final form the system said I had claimed an energy tax credit but I hadn't. I
