Makes filing my taxes a breeze

I really enjoy using Turbo Tax. I have used it for several years. It walks you through step by step and even assists you in going back to edit. I always feel confident that I am getting the best refund possible. I do wish that they would make it so the page would scroll. I had to physically move the scroll bar on every page. The continue button was always just below my view and neither my touchpad nor my arrow down button would move the page. I had to move the mouse over to the scroll bar and drag it to the bottom for each page.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and follow. Also easy to go back and edit.
What's not so great: pages won't scroll

Awesome tax software...NEVER disappoints!

I always ue Turbo tax and trust it to be correct and easy to use. I'd like to see a little better price though...but awesome!
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Pricey
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When I went to file my taxes turbotax said it was completed and sent. I waited 6 weeks like the time it said it would to take to get to me and figured I would give them a call to see where it's at, figured it should be at least on the way, and they told me that there is no record of me filing for this year. It's a huge inconvenience to have to re-file and not have my money!
What's great about it: there were none

I've used Turbo Tax in prior years and will continue to do so because it saves us money verses filing with a company who has different individuals prepare your taxes every year.
There are many options when you purchase Turbo Tax so it is very convenient when you can get the proper version to meet your filing needs.

Frustrating!

Charitable categories didn't have a place for "other"; it seemed to focus on mileage. We purchase many items for our church work but had to enter it as "miscellaneous" all together.
We really like watching the tax refund number go up, but this year, with no more college students in our family, we did not have that pleasure.

Another Return

The inability to find the check box in your screens or the forms to have the refund apply to 2014 taxes bothered me. I've only been using your tool since 1997 so I'm pretty familiar with its usage and also looked int eh forms but still could not find it.
My return is simple and I could probably do it on paper but I'm lazy. Very few classes of deductions but just having the tools track all the data and its not paper.
What's great about it: Not much different than the last 17 times (since 1997)
What's not so great: Couldn't find how to make the refund carry to next year
