Turbo left me hanging

TurboTax 2013 did not download all of my previous year's tax (2012) information into 2013. Also left me hanging with our e-filing pin numbers. Did not coach good enough through this process. I used previous year's pins and my returns were rejected.

I have used this program for 10 years or more and I like the progression of changes through the years
It would be helpful if in your program there is something in place that will safeguard errors with personal information. when entering my ss# I mixed the numbers and my son added an extra letter in his name. This caused a delay with efile and refund
Is it some way to emphasize the importance of checking personal information that is being entered?

What's great about it: I like using your program it allows me to understand the tax process concerning my taxes

So Fast and Great Refund

This takes care of all the worry about getting the correct information listed and getting the maximum refund. So much faster than trying to read through the directions and filling out the individual forms. I feel much more secure with having Turbot Tax do the calculations and then having my return filed electronically.
What's great about it: Took care of all the concerns I had on listing my capital gaines and dividends
What's not so great: None that I found

I've used this product INTUIT probably from its beginning in the '80s/'90s. I'm very satisfied with the thoroughness of the questions and reviews.

Easier than I thought it would be!

Bought wrong one at first. We needed Schedule C, so when I tried to install the 2nd one, the first return kept coming up.
We just installed the new one with Schedule C on a different computer and used the Deluxe for my daughters tax return.

incomplete filing of forms by turbo tax efile

When the Virginia return was filed electronicly through turbo tax it was incomplete because required copies of the north carolina non resident tax return were not included.
