Overall, everything was great.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to use. Takes care of technical details w/o having to read forms
What's not so great: Got confused between using teacher and job deductions when I am a college professor

I had a lot of problems, all technical. But your program performed admirably. I will use this most likely every year.
What's great about it: I like your program,but i am hindered by my lack of technical knowledge. So any issue was operator error

GREAT PRODUCT, I HAVE BEEN USING IT SINCE YOU FIRST CAME OUT WITH IT IN THE 80'S. SOME YEARS I TRIED OTHER CHEAPER TAX PRODUCTS BUT I ALWAYS COME BACK TO TURBO TAX BECAUSE IN MY OPINION IT IS THE BEST.

it rejected multiple times for TIN information that doesn't make sense to me since I'm filing as a single person with no dependents. I also noticed that this was a major issues with multiple people in the "community" seems like a bigger problem then expected.
What's great about it: I did it from home
What's not so great: it rejected multiple times
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Solid in past years, getting shaky

Mostly good, but I had specific questions about moving expenses and their deductibility. Had to turn to google searches due to TurboTax displaying old and irrelevant information. After e-filing, software told me that I was required to send, via postal mail, a form that was not applicable to my situation. I wasted a lot of time searching for information due to that.
What's great about it: Handled standard forms and deductions efficiently
What's not so great: Poor help on certain questions, sent me on a goose chase for other forms

Frustrated

Followed all the instructions to create a separate return for a VA same review would not take this word - guess what it was- couple. Could not file the return with the state because I could not get rid of two entries on the federal return related to my spouse. Turbo tax needs to get much better at handling these kind of returns.
I also really struggle with the health insurance related information. Last year I paid extra tax because I had not figured it out.
And I am someone who passed the CPA exam and held a license for many years. I cannot imagine how frustrating this must be for most people.
