Problem with Printing

I had problems trying to print my return. Print preview and actual printing as a Word Document or PDF file was only in ASCII code format and not useable.
Help function seemed inadequate and did not answer or solve my problem. A look at summary at the bottom of help pages suggest that the help information was not helpful to most users.
What's great about it: simple to use
What's not so great: Printing only shows up as an ASCII code document.

state upload diffulties

Once I was able to get the updates downloaded onto my computer, everything was peachy. For some reason, the Utah state updates wouldn't download, even though I received an email stating they were ready. Once I re-booted my computer like 7 times (each time a bit more of the update went through), the entire update finally uploaded. Can't explain this, but it was frustrating... no problems downloading the federal updates...
What's great about it: fairly easy to do...but my taxes are pretty simple
What's not so great: hard time getting updates downloaded

I would definitely use this system again I think I have Deluxe hopefully I don't have to upgrade.,
What's great about it: Easy to access, Got me the highest refund.
What's not so great: I Beieve there were some deduction areas that I wasxs not able to access, also there was no area to put tips

Like Fine Wine, TurboTax Getting Better with Age

I have been using TurboTax now well over ten years. One of the features I liked about this year's version was how the help files ("explain this") read well and were concise in explaining the topic. I had a couple of new tax situations this year and found that the search feature in Turbo Tax also accurately directed me to where I needed to go in the application. About the only thing I did not like was the screen did not always show when it was processing my response after I clicked the screen prompts. Combined with the sluggishness in the application responding, I was sometimes thinking i had not pressed the button only to see the screen change 10 sometimes 15 seconds after I had acknowledged the prompt to go to the next screen. Overall, though, Turbo Tax Deluxe delivered and I remain very satisfied!
What's great about it: Easy to follow and understand
What's not so great: This year's version seemed to experience slower performance

Great product. I have used for many years without any problems what so ever. I would recommend it use to everyone to use. Very easy to work with.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand and very quick. Have used Turbo Tax for many years!

pretty simple

for the last two years my wife and i have used turbo tax successfully and easily. we have always gone to an accountant who is a friend of the family, however she retired two years ago and no longer is around to help us file. instead of going to someone else we decided to try doing it ourselves. to our surprise turbotax was extremely easy and for the last two years has been+ or - a couple hundred dollars different frrom what we usually received in our returns which is very pleasing.
What's great about it: easy to do
What's not so great: makes me question myself
