Like the product. East to use. Thanks. When error messages show up they would be nice to explain what form or more directions about what to do.

Great Tax Help at a Fair Price

TurboTax makes filing your taxes much easier than it would be otherwise. If you used this product last year they are able to pre-fill many of the fields for you saving you time and errors. The only downside is that you get surprised by the state filing fee at the end of your tax prep.
What's great about it: Clear explanations, additional support, streamlined process
What's not so great: additional fee for state filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Jet Fueled Refund

I was able to input my various w-2s and found the place for my student loan information easily. I didn't have to search for very much and it was all there with a click of a button. They searched through errors and I was able to take care of it within a few moments. Fantastic!
What's great about it: Got straight to the point, able to input all my information with ease.
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of, very well done!

Poor record access

I have someone else file my return and I was unable to access my last year's return without having to purchase the new version of turbo tax. The person that does my returns purchases this every year. I should have access to these records regardless of if I pay for the program for the current year or not.
