i have nothing but good things to say about turbo tax it's a good product.try it u will love it ..they help in all kinds of ways,they help you with the errors or how to file the correct way.even if you have questions they help you. easy steps for step.i love them so i recommend you try them and will make a believer out of you.

I have been doing turbotax for ab out 4 or 5 yrs now , I like it , but some time I sit here an scratch my head ,on some of the questions, it takes a while to figure them out , you can't ask a question while you are doing your tax es, there is no way you can contact any one , other wise I like it thank you
What's great about it: it was some what easy
What's not so great: need to talk to someone while you are diong it ,if you don.' understand some of the questions ,

2013 tax

I crashed my computer last year and lost my turbo tax file. I suggest to advise people to save the tax return to a backup external device for recovery for data from electronic filing
What's great about it: very easy to use. easy track on my income/refund

QUICK n EASY

I have used Turbo Tax every year for at least 15 years! Easy to use, a lot less expensive than the pop-up tax prepare places. My sister is a CPA, she says it does mine great - mine is not overly complicated. One income, own a home, give to charity.
