Crashed or Hung Several Times

What should take me an hour to do took me four because the system kept hanging and saying that it was not responding. This prompted me to keep having to go back several times to complete the return. I also was dismayed that my tax owed doubled from the previous year and all I did was lose a single dependent.
What's not so great: Consistent Crashing

I have been using TurboTax since 1992, before it was an intuit product, and I have to say that intuit has done a wonderful job in taking this product to the next level and keeping our tax time misery to a minimum.
What's great about it: Intuitive, Informative, Sensible

Confused

Besides the con noted, I believe my ($788) loss on investment turned into a $746 increase to my income. I'll double check it and notify you if its true.
What's great about it: Its quick and pretty user friendly.
What's not so great: You once again charged me for the state return I filled out and used the state return I didn't fill out as the free one.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Poor Application

In the past 4-5 years I used Windows to complete my taxes. This year I bought a Mac and it is not user friendly...lots of bugs, had to Download Updates multiple times, restart my PC over and over as TurboTax would not allow me to submit. This became very frustrating and caused anxiety and stress! It is just a poor application versus my experience with Windows. Also, since I could not get it to submit the forms, I wanted to just go ahead and print and mail, but Intuit had already charged my credit card and there was no way to turn back other than to exit the software, check for updates and submit only to get an error. I had to do this 7 times before successful. I am crossing my fingers everything went through and i filed in a timely manner. Very poor experience and sadly to say after several years of TurboTax, I really have doubts I would purchase again.
What's great about it: Easy to follow menu
What's not so great: I had to download updates multiple times and try to submit over 6 times, each time restarting my PC.

2013 Turbo Tax

Like it, it's easy to use, it ask you all the right questions
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes it took me back to the beginning of a section when I just wanted to go back to the previous page.

older versions seemed more user friendly
What's great about it: fairly easy to use
What's not so great: couldn't get pdf from 2012 to input to 2013
