over all, still love it
What's great about it: seems quicker this year
What's not so great: constanyly had to use teh slide bar to get to the "Continue" button

So fast and easy. Takes 1-2 hours, when filing by hand would be days.
What's great about it: Fast and simple, well explained

sometimes frustrating trying to figure out whether to use a worksheet, fill out a form or just enter data on schedule or tax return.
What's great about it: schedules and forms easy to download
What's not so great: miss the comparisons you used to provide comparing my return to thousands of others in my income bracket
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Love the federal part, the California State forms were a little confusing because it doesn't tell you what specific boxes on the forms to enter.
What's great about it: Tech support resolved my problems
What's not so great: California State forms are lacking

Just one hiccup !!

It might have been my fault but for the life of me I couldn't transfer last years information which was done online to this years return which was done with purchased TurboTax software. It would have made it a lot easier.
What's great about it: Quick and easy once you get going
What's not so great: Transferring previous years information to 2013 return.

Using since the 90's. Satisfied with it. Easy to use, no stress, efficient, do not need to much time to go thru. Used by ne and my kids

I have used this product every year for over a decade to file my federal and state tax returns and have been very pleased with the ease of use and accuracy. I also like the affordable tax audit protection that is offered.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate filings
What's not so great: Must have some detailed tax insight for certain topics

I love Turbo Tax and the way it breaks down each step of filing your taxes. It is simple to understand and very thorough. I love being able to import the important information from my previous year tax return.
