I've used TurboTax for years and love it! This year I transposed a digit in a social security number, but TurboTax caught it, we corrected it, and I was able to e-file on time!
What's great about it: Easy and Simple to Use!
What's not so great: None--It's All Good

Overall a complete and helpful tool that increases in value as add-ons (a.g. It's Deductible) become reservoirs for timely information that's just imported when doing itemization of deductibles. The filing can be completed in hours not days.
What's great about it: Quick, informative and direct in approach. Love to see the process and progress.
What's not so great: Sometimes questions asked bring in to play too many other questions.

I love this thing! Really makes tax time painless. When I file, feel confident I haven't overpaid. Peace of mind . . . hard to put a price on that! Am a customer for life!
What's great about it: Saves me money!! What's more to say? Oh ya, it's easy to use!
What's not so great: Nada.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Recommendation... don't procrastinate! You'll be sweating bullets trying to find all the needed information you 'thought' had handy in a manila envelope. I know some things went through my shredder mixed with the junk mail. Try to go electronic with all your statements. I need to ask my employer to increase my withholdings #new W4 to file#
What's great about it: Easy to use, just follow instructions. You do have to read a lot, but well worth it.
What's not so great: We should definitely simplify the tax laws. This is way out of hand.

Easy to use. Would recommend to anyone. The add-ons total up quickly, however, and can easily double wht you pay for the Turbo Tax Software initially. But IMO it's worth it. Still cheaper than paying someone to do it for you.
What's great about it: Easy to use have been using Turbo Tax for nearly 15 years
What's not so great: add-ons can get a little pricey
