The process was easy to follow, complete, and even organize for next year.
What's great about it: Structured and easy follow, did not overwhelm, kept me engaged in the process
What's not so great: did not understand need to update TurboTax itself

Overall a good easy way to self prepare tax returns.
What's great about it: Pretty intuitive to use
What's not so great: Difficult to fix errors when return is checked for errors

I got lost several times. I missed the entry places for withholding and estimated tax payments and had to go back to search for them. There were a couple of other places where your headings were too general, or vague, for me so I had to hunt for awhile.
What's great about it: the arithmetic seems to be always good
What's not so great: I don't know what my tax bracket is! That means that I must go to irs.gov to find out. The rates are needed for plans.
