Every year it gets better and better

I found this year return less complicated as in past years.
What's great about it: I like the way it last years info to guide you thru the new return
What's not so great: Sometimesit asked for ID numbers that don't related to an entry

easy great I have always used turbo tax. My taxes were done in the previous years manually. but thanks to turbo tax things are easy

Time Sucker

This was another easy tax job. It was a pain that it couldn't find my info from last year. I changed computers, but when I logged in to the site, I expected my basic data to show up. It must be simple to use...I keep coming back. This is like my 5th year with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: The directions were easy to follow and step-by-step.
What's not so great: Some of the help sections came up as "under construction" or "coming soon".

Updates need help

The updates didn't "take" on my Mac computer. i downloaded the same update 3 times for a wasted hour and finally quit the program and rebooted the computer before it would finally work.
I didn't like that there was no option to mail the State file if I selected e-file the Federal. You had to go back and redo everything.
What's great about it: All inclusive and fills out right forms
What's not so great: The updates were a pain

I also appreciated the way I or the program would review work already done.
What's great about it: A user friendly page by page approach; structured and easy to follow. It help me organize for next year.
What's not so great: Wasn't told why I had to download updates even though I just purchased TurboTax.

Umpteenth TurboTax Return

I've been using TurboTax for more years than I can remember and it has been infallible even though we itemize deductions and have investments and retirement accounts.
What's great about it: Familiarity and speed.
What's not so great: Sometimes you can get lost in the sub-branches.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Refund...Done!

I have been doing my taxes with TT for years and i love it. It walks me through all the pertinent questions to ensure i don't miss things and also displays for me all the possible credits that MIGHT be available based on my status, Awesome product and I continually recommend it.
What's great about it: TT knows the ins and outs of the tax law and guides me through all the needed steps
What's not so great: Occasionally the explanations seem cryptic and hard to understand...but maybe thats just Taxes in general
