You've got a friend in TurboTax

TurboTax meets me exactly where I am at. A simple person who only knows that I need to pay taxes, nothing more.
Very professional and extremely helpful!
I'll be using TurboTax again next year.
What's great about it: Easy layout, great guidance, quick, fool-proof, professional, the best
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We Got a Refund!

Turbo Tax is our family's "Go-to" tax prep software, for good reason. It walked me through the tax preparation process, asking me about deductions I never would have considered, and maximized our refund. Almost looking forward to next year!
What's great about it: Easy to use, logical
What's not so great: Some of the information needed to be entered two times
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using TT now for several years. Always a quality product and very user friendly. Only wish It didn't cost extra to e-file my state return.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: state return e-file not free
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

I can't believe I can do my own taxes. What a feeling of accomplishment and self-worth. Turbo Tax makes it so easy. If a problem arises, help is only a phone call away. Advice comes from a friendly voice, prompting you through every step.
What's great about it: Itemizing my deductions with Turbo Tax's help with assessing the value of my items donated was the greatest asset.
