Happy with the software and its ease of use. Completed both my Federal and State returns in 2 hours.
What's great about it: Simple to use and understand
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I waited until the last day and thank you TurboTax for your years of support. Everything was imported updated and ready to go... This was the easiest year by far. Finally used the w2 import ( was always scared to before) and I don't know how you could make it any better...
What's great about it: Turbo tax is as great as always!
What's not so great: I waited until April 15th.

I've been using TurboTax for quite a few years now, And family members have adopted it based on my recommendation. As long as I have my paperwork ready to go, filling out the screens is quite speedy. Happy with the results. Will be back next year.
What's great about it: Seemed to go a little smoother than last year
What's not so great: Had trouble figuring out where to enter that I wanted to only get a partial refund and carry over the balance to 2014

First Time User - Prior H&R Block User

I thought I would try Turbo Tax this year after using another software for as long as it existed. I was really surprised how professional, thorough, and complete the navigation is. I learned more using Turbo Tax than I did with the other software.
What's great about it: Really easy and complete
