Very quick navigation, convenient and helpful.

This has been an excellent product from the day I stopped using AM Tax.
What's not so great: difficulty printing .pdf but that is Adobe.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Outside of what I just mentioned above, please keep up the good work. You saved me hours of work and I doubt I could have done as good a job no matter how longI would have tried and worked on my taxes.
What's great about it: Wonderful step by step. Gret checking and review. Good breakdown of different categories. Excellant summaries .
What's not so great: Need more access to reviewing what the actiual foprm is looking like.

we have used turbo tax for 5 years every year it gets a little easier . preferred over previous software.
What's great about it: easy enteries
What's not so great: 1099-misc is confusing

2013 Federal & State tax returns

I really liked how straight-forward and helpful the guided returns were.
What's great about it: Very quick, done in about an hour
What's not so great: Charitable donations were limited to set dollar amounts despite original cost being much higher

Easy to use

Easy to use with little or no knowledge of taxes. Sometimes it appears something applies to me, then after several minutes of entering information, it doesn't. Not a big deal, mostly my ignorance. used it every year for the past several years. Will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate
What's not so great: Sometimes confusing, but mostly easy.

The Bucks Stay Here

This is the 5th year I have used Turbo Tax....it is great. Step by step review is easy to follow. Side by side view of entries from previous year are a great help. Easy of completion for State tax is amazing, Turbo Tax basically does all the State stuff for you based off your federal input.
What's great about it: I find this Program exceptionally easy to follow and update
What's not so great: It is a bit cumbersome for Charitable Donations other than money.
