It worked well for me. I did my mom's taxes and my taxes in record time this year.
What's great about it: more simplified this year; I was able to complete my taxes faster

I am more familiar with Turbo Tax, since this is my second time using it. I really enjoyed doing my taxes this year, so I used it to complete my sister's taxes. I'm so happy my friend suggested this product to me. Happy Days!
What's great about it: I enjoyed the step by step guidelines for completing for completing my taxes. I have become more familiar with it,
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been a happy customer for several years. This year, once I was finished, I gave program to my son who was able to use it to file his family's taxes. The purchase price was spread over two federal and two state tax returns.

Mixed blessing. We made more money this year, which was good, but we owe tax money, which wasn't so good. The process seemed easier and we were able to complete the return in two days. Thank you.

Appreciate all the validations and check points setup to help the user find what they are looking for in a nice display of information. The points saying please review and please look into this in more detail, all the jump points and organization is beneficial for me. When doing the foreign tax, I found it difficult to understand all of the questions and why there were so many questions I had to answer. Then once I had the foreign tax done, the review had an error I had to go back and figure out what was missing. Thank you for a good product.
What's great about it: Professional and to the point with lots of additional information and help.
What's not so great: This year seemed to have more jump points that skipped me around more then I liked.

Much much easier this year

All in all TurboTax was much easier to use this year. It seemed as though it was more straightforward. It makes an unpleasant task much much easier!
