I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and find it user friendly and accurate. There are areas where it is hard to get an answer to a tax question and the help function is not as helpful as it could be.
What's great about it: Easy to use, transfers information from year to year, fairly detailed
What's not so great: Sometimes have problems finding the answers to questions

Upload lists are limited and do not have institutions we use.
What's great about it: Can do two sets of taxes Dad and me in a couple of days.
What's not so great: I ahve yet to get the year beforeto upload correctly.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love Turbo Tax!!

A return customer and I'll be back next year.
What's great about it: Very easy, your walked thru step by step. I have been using Turbo Tax for years!
What's not so great: This was the first time I had trouble efiling my state tax and had to mail it in.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Clear From Start to Refund

The process at the start was clear as it has been in past years but there was confusion in my mind that would assure me that everything needed had been completed and that I could rest assured that I was done with taxes for this year.
What's great about it: The site was logical, easy to use and asked all the right questionsl
What's not so great: Somewhat unclear about submittal and final payments and conformation.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax Rules!!!

By far the best and easiest software to use. Questions are easy to find and if corrections are needed, the problem area is easy to find.

The cons were the only issue for a 9 rating. Will still use again next year.
What's great about it: Still pretty easy to go over everything quickly.
What's not so great: Entering trade information with deluxe was more difficult than last year. It is a pain with the 5 entries at a time.
