Awesome!

It would have been easier if it had let me sign on and do my taxes online before the deadline. Instead, I had to go out after work and buy the disk and try to redo everything. Anyway, I finished and e-filed our taxes!
What's great about it: Easy to use with step-by-step guide.
What's not so great: Had to buy the software because I couldn't log back online!

No e-file help

Kept getting e-file rejection from irs.. your instructions were of NO HELP...
Contacted SSdept. as instructed... said no problemm
however checked entire return and could not find problem..
So Much for Free e-file.. Sent in by mail..
Also paid you for State e-file, Also rejected (said because Fed was rejected) Also sent in by Mail... Do I get refund for State e- file??? Won't ever use your product again if I don't..

The All Nighter

I was in a situation this year where I needed to refile last year's return and then produce my 2013 return. Turbo Tax allows for quick way to organize paperwork. It also provides a great amount of help and explanation for any areas that are new to the filer. For me, 2013 was my first year with an HSA account. I understand a lot better now how that affects my return.
What's great about it: Allows for quick organization of data to review against history. The worksheets that feed the main forms are very usefu
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax was the easiest tax preparation software I have ever used! The easy, walk-through format made understanding the complicated questions even easier!

i thought it was pretty good. some of the language is tax jargon, but I guess that is not their fault.we had some issues installing it. but over all it was ok. I didn't pay for the Audit guarantee and I feel like they should help regardless, but I guess that's how they make the back door money

What's not so great: instalation delays

I Love Turbo Tax!!!

Turbo Tax is a great way to file your taxes. I have been using Turbo Tax since my 2005 taxes. I am a serial procrastinator I just filed my taxes as of 4/15/2014 and I knew I could wait that long because I was filing with Turbo Tax and I would have the ease and peace of mind of filing on the last day! This program is a breeze and very user friendly. I feel it is accurate and it helps someone who isn't a CPA to file taxes and feel like a CPA! Keep up the great work!!! Thanks Turbo Tax!!!
