most of the tasks were easy to follow, but there were some areas hard to follow along if you didn't understand completely. but overall it was easy to understand.
What's great about it: very easy to follow

I've been using Turbo Tax software to do my taxes for a long time and it seems to get better every year. It is easy to use, has a lot of information available to help you work your way through it and gives me a feeling of security -- that I've don't my taxes correctly.
What's great about it: Step-by-step assistance; detailed explanations when needed
What's not so great: A few items don't seem to transfer from one year's form to the next

I've used turbotax for years. I like its user friendly interface, but I do from time to time hit a topic that takes more than a 1st level help review.
What's great about it: user friendly

Keeps Improving

I always found it difficult to move back and forth from where I was working "currently" to some previous place because I found a new document and wanted to change an "estimated" value, or had new information to enter. Once that estimated value was entered and the flag removed, it was always a hassle to return to the "current" place. Not as much anymore. I'd still like to see a Button of some kind where we could go directly back to the "current" location to resume working. Maybe you already have it, and I just haven't found it yet.
Thanks for your work on TTax. The tax code just seems to get more complicated, and I think you guys do a great job!!

Disappointed

First year I have truly been disappointed. Felt there was too much ambiguity and lack of forceful clear direction given.
Will probably not use going forward.
What's great about it: Some core competencies remain.
What's not so great: Too many vague questions around education expense and reimbursement of travel, mileage, etc (around work)

I like being able to do "what if" scenarios. The tax questions seem very thorough but sometimes long winded. It would be nice to have a questioning mode between beginner and expert.
Graphics and audio are great but use a lot of CPU speed and RAM. Older computers and smaller netbooks/tablets perform poorly. It would be nice to have an options that eliminates or greatly reduces CPU and RAM memory requirements for better performance.
I've used TurboTax for 12 years.
What's great about it: Transfer of past data. Baby steps at first lead through all questions
What's not so great: Baby steps get old
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love TurboTax

Over all I love TurboTax, I've used it for the past there years and have not had any issues.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, walks you through every step.
What's not so great: Had to reboot app on my Mac due to a small bug for it to e-file.
