Somewhat Confusing

Overall a good product. Takes the stress and guess work out of filing. Will definitely use it again next year.
Seeing as how so many people are having to move back in with parents, former spouses, children, etc. your "Family Life" section "Your Home" should offer that option. Times are Hard.
What's great about it: Concise and thorough. Having constant data entry checks are great. Making sure User doesn't miss anything is Priceless!
What's not so great: Per my memory of filing hard copy, Turbo Tax does not strictly follow the IRS tax form order.

Great step by step process for fed and mo state returns. Especially impressive were calculations and schedules on Fed and Mo T/R, including worksheets on pensions, soc security, sched A items, and especially the automated calc for MO insurance premium deduction, LTC deduction, etc.
Could improve on importing or manual loading of prior yr comparative data. Also, could provide better access to Fed and St tax instructions and interpretative info.
What's great about it: Great process and worksheets
What's not so great: could import more info from prior yr competitor sftwre for comparitive reviews

keeps it simple

I like playing with my kids. I don't like wasting time that I could spend with my kids. This software accomplishes that.
What's great about it: simple to use if your paperwork is correctly assembled
What's not so great: more detail than most of us need, but it is highly unlikely to miss something

This is the only way to do your taxes while saving you a bundle over professional preparation.
What's great about it: Comprehensive, easy to understand
What's not so great: So comprehensive, it takes time to review all categories. =)

Outstandingly simple!

In a world where it would take a legion of lawyers a lifetime to read and interpret the tax laws. Where trying to go it alone at tax time is like tap dancing through a mine field, TurboTax is like an ejection seat. It gets you out of trouble faster than you can get into it and keeps you on the safe path.

This is an excellent tool especially if you have no knowledge of tax and tax issues. easy to navigate and it allows you to go back and correct/change previous inputs even to the very end
