recommend it to anyone.. great tips.. checks for key errors.. easy to use.. and files online...
What's great about it: simple to ues but covers everything

It's so Easy

Each year that I have used Turbo Tax, I have received a refund from the Federal Government. My California tax owed is kept to a manageable amount.
What's great about it: I like the way Turbo Tax takes me step by step through each part of the process.

As a consultant, I often file 4 - 5 returns. This year, Turbo Tax restricted the number of eFiling transactions, leaving me with 1 state return unfiled on 4/15/2014. Why the limitation? When I ordered all the state tax products, why didn't TurboTax give me a heads up about the eFiling limit? I could have planned better if I had known.
What's great about it: Fast and Thorough
What's not so great: NR State returns are difficult to understand because I am not familiar with all the entries ...please explain more

2013 Turbo Tax Deluxe

I have used Turbo Tax every year for the last 10 years. This is the first year that I was NOT able to save my Federal Return separately from my State Return.
Each time I printed my returns The number of pages differed depending on where in the process I tried to print each of them. My first printing of my Federal Return was 34 pages, the next time the file was combined file was 45 pages. When I wanted to print only my State Return for mailing, it was only 4 pages.
So why is the the total of both returns in one combined file more than the total pages of two separate files? If there is more backup pages in each file than those files printed for mailing, then Turbo TAx should explain that!

DID MY RETURN ON THE LAST POSSIBLE DAY, AND SO HAPPY NO GLITCHES WITH THE TURBO TAX! EVERYTHING WENT SO GREAT AND NO PROBLEMS. MY FAULT IF THERE WAS.... BUT SO RELIEVED! I'VE USED TURBO TAX FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

What's not so great: couldnt find or use my 2012 turbo tax file
