Truth in Advertising

Program did not work well on Macs in 2010 and 2013. It did work well in 2011 and 2012. Need to keep up with Mac compatibility.
Don't like come on with "state taxes included" when they are not. Also not just program but extra filing fees asked for.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: MA not free even though says "includes state taxes"

Excellent product and the automatic renewal is very convenient.
What's great about it: Accurate
What's not so great: Do not let you spilt tax payment in more than one payment method, for example partial payment with credit card and debit

Easy for All levels to use

I understand the information that is presented in your product and find it useful to aid my adult children to learn the ins and outs of self prepare on taxes.
What's great about it: Help Screens for questions
What's not so great: It could prove to be a little cumbersome for military members

I ve used the product for nearly 20 years. the price is right and the product is easy to use and is always accurate.
What's great about it: i like tthe flow of the return and click to answer ?
What's not so great: i have trouble fixing errors, but thats just me

Easy to Use - But Still Some Bugs

There were 2 instances where the amount and designation for depreciation type did not carry over to state, and then the walkthrough for first time homebuyer credit repayment did not work and I had to find the stuff myself. Some of the explanations are either too difficult to sort through, and then when you click for more detail it is the same info as the original explanation.
What's great about it: Fast and Mostly Easy to Use
What's not so great: Cumbersome and a Few Bugs

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE LOVED THE EXPERIENCE EVERY YEAR, ALL I HAVE TO DO IS ANSWER QUESTIONS AND IT GETS DONE
What's great about it: SO EASY TO FOLLOW AND GET MY RETURN DONE
