The 1099-R section is very confusing if FORM 4852 (UK Pension) is required ! Their addresses don't fit Turbo Tax boxes and Payer ID does NOT accept letters ! Had to use all zeros to make it E-File !!!

Most Excellent Done

I'd like periodic reminders of what personal data I am using, as I go through the form. Ex.> I live at one address but I prefer to receive my physical mail at another address which is more secure, private and quicker. This is not normally the case, but for now, I prefer to do this. This year, I 'almost' used the less preferred address for my return but was able to catch the issue before it went out.
I prefer the Turbo Tax Updates be downloaded at the start of preparing my return.
The printing and PDF'ing sections are confusing and it seems the program wants to PDF the return instead of printing out a hard copy, and I have to work through the process to get the copy I actually want done/printed. This printing selection SHOULD be much more straightforward, or more accomodating / responsive. Seems kind of "clunky."
What's great about it: Well Structured, Logical, Good Sequence, Good Reminders.
What's not so great: Short on Examples; Needs Better "Highlighting" of Important Data and Info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I I think turbo is a great way to complete your taxes. It's easy and quick.
What's great about it: Turbo is easy to follow. It guides you through the process step-by-step
What's not so great: Need to add some state forms for educators.

What's not so great: some trouble resetting password took 6 times before done

What the heck happened to the state return?
on April 15, 2014

I've used TTax for years, very many years, even back when it came on a stack of diskettes. It's always been easy to use.
This year, the first I used on a Mac, started crashing as soon as I downloaded the state version. Worse, I could not restart TTax to get back into it and save a copy of my return. Only by hinting around on the forums did I discover that removing the Form directory allowed me to go back in. Asking general users to do that is pretty silly, and risky at that.
Even worse, I've discovered, via the forums, that this problem has existed for several months. Wow... unbelievable that this problem has continued through the entire tax season without a fix. It's now April 15 and I got the federal return done, but no way am I going to download the state version and break it all over again.
So Intuit, A for general program, and D+ for program support and crashing bug in production for 2013.
Also, when I bought the CD, I don't recall seeing that I had to also pay for the state version?
P.S. ... Nickname already taken? Please!!!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: State is buggy. And it costs.
