i do our taxes every year with turbo tax. every year it gets easier.

As easy as it get!

My tax filing time used to be a nightmare before I started using TurboTax. Have used it for last 6 years and never had problems in using or filing my tax returns. However, you have to trust that it is up to date with tax laws which I do, and that you understood the questions asked before answering.The claim of faster refund is not accurate because it takes at least 20 days to a month before I see my refund - not different than when I used to file manually. Only thing I do not like is to pay for e-file even if I have $0 payment or refund. I will recommend using Turbo Tax because it makes my tax filing so simple and painless.
What's great about it: Step-by-step directions, easy to use, file portability from previous year
What's not so great: Pay for e-file even if you $0 payment or refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy going

Turbo Tax is the easiest way to do your taxes. Software guides you all the way thru. After completion does a review of all entered info and tells you whether you have to make any corrections.
What's great about it: Simple instructions to follow
What's not so great: Have none at this time

Excellent Software better then HNR

Past 10 years I use h&r block software. this time my friend told me Turbo tax software is very simple. so i tried this time. Yes its very simple to use. I will recommend to my all friends and i am also blogger i write lots of useful article. this time i am going to write about Turbo Tax software.You guys made my day ..Thank you
What's great about it: installation is very smple we dont need any product code or identification code

Not completely satisfied

I paid for e file on my Federal and NC and KS returns, come to find out it would not allow me to…so, I paid for the e file function and have no way of getting my money back even though I am now mailing my returns….I do not believe anyone will read this!!! Nor will I get a response...
What's great about it: Turbo Tax completed taxes properly
What's not so great: No way of talking to a person to cancel payment for e file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I still think this is the best tax software, 8 years and counting.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: i paid for a state e-file via mastercard, but my state would not allow an e-file. How do I get the charge off my card?

Good product, but you really should tell consumers how much it will cost them extra to e-file with the State.

Why e-file then tell me to mail in 24 pages of documents? I spent a lot of extra time trying to figure this out and I am still not sure what you were telling me and why!
