Not as Good as Last Year

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and this year the software worked about as well as years past except for one feature. This year the software did not carry over the W2 information from last year and I had to input it all by hand. A small annoyance but when you get used to Turbo Tax doing just about everything for you it was mildly disappointing. There were a couple other spots where it wasn't completely intuitive and I had to reread the instructions several times but I am still planning to use Turbo Tax next year.
What's great about it: Worked almost as well as usual
What's not so great: Didn't transfer W2 info from last year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

First time takes time

First time user Thought it would be difficult. But it was easy & pain free. I liked the free federal e-file option.
What's great about it: Info added will take less time nex year. Keeps you on tract
What's not so great: E-file for state ruturn rather costly. Did not use to much $
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I love turbo tax. I have been doing my own taxes with it for years. As my circumstances change, turbo tax walks me through the unknown tax territory. Great software!
What's great about it: quick and foolproof

Of all the dreaded experiences one faces, filing taxes using TurboTax will not be one of them!
It definitely helps to have all supporting paperwork available in order to complete the process in a timely manner.
What's great about it: Straight-forward and easy to follow instructions, prompts, and help-aids.
What's not so great: I don't have any.

Easy As Pie!

I worked for H & R Block the year they implemented online filing. Worked with DOS. Having said that, TurboTax is a breeze! I will never use anything else. The step by step walk through makes it so easy to use and follow, I don't have to worry about forgetting a deduction or a form.
What's great about it: The walk through is so thurogh and easy to understand it's hard to make a mistake or forget anyting
What's not so great: I have not found anything I don't like about TurboTax
