Nice Job in a tough tax year!

Due to an unexpected employer stock grant, I had a big bump in my income. I would have missed filling out the 8959 & 8960 forms without your software. I also did not expect to find myself paying the AMT tax. Your spreadsheets helped immensely with filling out that confusing form!!!

That was a wonderful change from the past few years. It makes a huge difference to me!!! Once I complete the final review and error check, I DO NOT WANT TO ADD ANYMORE DATA. This year you made it happen for my return......although on my daughters 1040EZ return you still made her add data AFTER hitting "SEND"

What's great about it: Nice job on the new forms, 8959 & 8960 - I would have missed them!
What's not so great: Dividens and sale of stock 1099 forms did not always match up to your pages

Good, but it didn't pick up information from my return last year and i couldn't find a button to make it do that.,

TT is a wonderful guide through the myriad of information. The frequent use of definitions are vital to making decisions. The algorithms for inconsistent answers to catch mistakes is a real plus. The ease of navigating back and forth is good. Frequently seeing summaries reduce errors. A higher percentage of questions answered by TT would be helpful. Better tagging for filters may help zero in on the specific problem/answer.
What's great about it: Well guided into accessing backup information.
What's not so great: Better filtering of Q & As. Many questions were not answered by TT.

I thought after I purchased the download that the e-files were included. I could have gone somewhere and had my taxes done at the same price.
What's not so great: That I still had to pay to download a second state plus having to pay to e-file my state returns

Have used TT longer than I can remember. Will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Previous year's info transfers to current year. TT guides data entry and assures no errors.
What's not so great: Nothing. not a thing.
