Furstrating couple of days

Schedule C was omitted twice in going through the questions. I had to search for questions regarding schedule C. My home office was not even asked about the second time I filled out my forms.
I like that the calculations are always updating, but I am very disappointed at the lack of the program leading you to the required questioning.

Turbo Tax 2013

I've used Turbo tax for the last 10 years and I am very satisfied with the results.
What's great about it: covers most all bases
What's not so great: some forms are not easy to add to my returns, i.e.,Form 709

Quick and easy tax

Overall easy to use and bug-free. The only glitch I came across was a form that seemed irrelevant, but was included due to user error.
What's great about it: rollover of information from previous years, year to year comparisons
What's not so great: Review process could be improved, check only those items to review instead of cycling through the entire form

What's great about it: Very detailed
What's not so great: Elaborate more on certain topics

Turbo Tax is very thorough and I can't think of any way that anything could be missed when filing your tax return.
Awesome software.

Much too difficult

The entire process was much too much work. The federal process was fairly straightforward, but trying to change pieces of data based on where they show up on actual tax forms is very difficult because it isn't obvious where it came from. The California process for Registered Domestic Partners was much too complicated.
What's great about it: Produced federal and California forms
What's not so great: Horrible for RDP's in California
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
