What's great about it: Best part is the reminder of what we did last year so we can account for it this year. Or not.

Most of the instructions are clear. I kept pushing the print button for the finished report only to find I needed to push my computer print button. That instruction can be made more clear. I like TT. As, reported above, it was not clear how I would apply my refund to the next year's est. tax. I never figured that one out.
What's great about it: Walks through with clarity.
What's not so great: Couldn't find how to apply fed refund to 2014 Est. tax.

Overall pleased with how easy it is to use. Step by step and help desk is a bonus! Help with charity donations to est value was a plus. We spent hundreds each year on tax prep and will now save hundreds confident Turbo Tax meets all our needs and nothing is missing. Thank you so much.

What's great about it: Step by Step option!
What's not so great: Wait to get support when asked for additional payment, but it was April 15th!

Love the Federal forms/help - State - not so much
What's not so great: State of PA taxes - errors dealing with 1099-R. dealing with TYPE and BASIS terms on Turbo Tax form - No usable help
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy Organization

I have used TT for many years and have been satisfied with the product. Each year it seems easier to use. I had difficulty printing returns for mailing this year.
What's great about it: no calculations necessary
What's not so great: printed documents were skewed

The EFile problem is all that needs a review. For some reason, neither my Fed nor State got submitted. It appeared that everything was OK. I looked for emails but none came. Since I hadn't received a refund from Fec, I started searching for reasons. I went to the IRS and them suggested that I re-file. I did and get email stating it had been received.
I called the state of Maine and them said that they also had not received by return. I am refiling today by paper rather than pay the state efiling charge.

What's great about it: All tax preparation is excellent.
What's not so great: EFile did not successfully submit my returns.
