Used TurboTax for last 10 years because its so helpful in guiding you!
What's great about it: Great for tracking and updating prior years data
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to get back where you want to go

Finally Finished!!

I'm not an accountant, so I really appreciate the direction and guidance to make sure I get everything entered properly. I also like that you can research things you didn't think about and they are explained in a very straightforward manner to where you can decide if this is something you want or need to do.
Recent retirement raised all sorts of flags for me.
What's great about it: Checked for errors or omissions
What's not so great: Difficulty in printing single pages
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Happy with NO TAXES

I've used TurboTax for over 5 years and it has insured me a refund or minimum to no taxes every year.
It's easy to use and lets me move around to any section I need to during the entire process.
As irritating as filing these hideous taxes is, Intuit has made it much easier.

A great tool for everyone. It gets easier to use every year. We have been using Turbotax since 2002. And with the addition of the city income tax form at the end is a great bonus!

Easy, breezy!!

You won't have to worry that any income or deduction option is overlooked. Instructions and explanations are clear, concise, and complete. It's great to know, at the end of the process, what your 'audit risk' is. It isn't a guarantee, but it is comforting to know there are no red flags that the IRS will notice immediately. This is our 4th year to use Turbo Tax... don't see us using anything else in the future.
What's great about it: Completely and confidentially completed in our home office-nothing left out or left to my interpretation.
What's not so great: I don't like having to pay to e-file state return :9

This was so much better than gathering all of the required information and hauling it to someone else. The hints and prompts given during the process ensured that I didn't forget anything. The edits at the end of the filing were very helpful in completing the return.
